Anderson (Andy) Rolon

Andy Rolon is a Latin dancer in the Philly/NJ area. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, his love for Latin music began in his childhood. He moved to PA to study at Penn State University where he joined the Penn State Ballroom Dance Club that sparked his interest in dance. While at Penn State, Andy learned and soon began to teach salsa and bachata for the club, while also competing in Latin and Standard at collegiate ballroom competitions. After graduating from Penn State, Andy moved to the Philly area and began to train at Art in Motion.  He has been training and competing under the instruction of multiple time world champion Darlin Garcia. Andy spends his time tirelessly training to compete in Salsa, Bachata and Cha-Cha at regional and world competitions. Now teaching, he hopes to instill the same passion for dance to all his students.
